Who we can admit, who we can't, and how that decision gets made. This page is intentionally clear so the first call isn't a guessing game.
Who we usually can admit
Adults 18+ seeking detox, residential, dual-diagnosis or outpatient care
Voluntary admissions
People with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns
People with most major commercial insurance plans (verification confirms)
Who is usually not the right fit here
People who are medically unstable and need acute hospital care first
People in active psychiatric crisis who need an inpatient psychiatric facility
People under 18 (we are an adult program)
Court-ordered placements outside our scope
If we aren’t the right fit, admissions will help point toward a safer or more appropriate option.
How the decision gets made
An admissions clinician completes a confidential phone screening, reviews insurance, and — if clinically appropriate — schedules a fuller assessment. The level of care that fits is recommended at that point. You decide whether to move forward.
